“Affirm and develop leaders who will transform established churches and multiply new congreations, effectively populating the kingdom of Heaven with new disciples.”
— Rick Weber personal mission statement and call

Rick Weber resides in Roseville, CA.  As NorCal Regional Minister Rick works with association leaders to plant churches, develop leaders and resource existing congregations.  Rick has served on staff at Parma Heights Baptist Church near Cleveland, OH (1984-1991), as ‘solo’ pastor of First Baptist in Auburn, MI (1991-1994), Sr. Pastor of Oak Hills Baptist, Sioux Falls, SD (1994-2001) and as Regional Minister for NAB Northwest - WA, OR, ID, MT (2002-2015).

Rick and Annie have been married for 37 years and have two daughters.  Megan owns Clark & Co., a design studio, and lives with her family in Alamogordo, NM.   Malarie is the Educational Instructor Director for Bishop’s Barbershop locations and resides with her family in Portland, OR.

Rick’s personal mission statement and call is to “affirm and develop leaders who will transform established churches and multiply new congregations, effectively populating the kingdom of Heaven with new disciples.”  When he is not doing his “job” he is laughing with friends, refinishing old furniture, giving new life to discarded items, doing landscaping or grocery shopping and cooking with Annie.  He loves ice cream and hears it crying his name whenever he passes the freezer.

He desires a growing heart for God, the Church and leaders.  He wants to finish well as a Christ follower, remain a life-long learner and deeply love Annie, his family and his neighborhood.
